In 2020, Bidfood Middle East launched myBidfood, the 1st e-Distribution platform in the Middle East enabling customers to order anytime, anywhere via a website & a mobile application. Today, it already constitutes 50% of the business and is considered a pioneering innovation in the F&B industry that offers customers a first of a kind end-to-end digital experience.

In 2019, Bidfood Middle East introduced Bidfood Home which is a platform that enables B2C customers to order online via a website and a mobile application available on android and iOS. Bidfood Home offers a wide variety of top-quality F&B products that brings the restaurant experience to customers all around the UAE allowing them to recreate unforgettable dining experiences at home.

Bidfood Middle East in the UAE acquired a strategic stake in:

A 17 year old family run premium value-added seafood supplier in the UAE. Offers a wide range of seafood items such as Salmon, Oysters, Scallops & many more.

The Fabrique, a premium boutique butchery established in 2018 in the UAE. Dedicated to producing high-quality value-added meat including sausages, cold cuts, high quality meat and much more.

EVENTS

Bidfood KSA was present at the 11th edition of Saudi HORECA held in Riyadh. The Event features several activities and shows including workshops, culinary art shows, barista competitions and much more. Our Bidfood KSA team was fully present to showcase our brands, conduct live demos, and introduce myBidfood which is the first e-distribution platform in the Middle East to all Saudi visitors!

We introduced our new range of Specialty Cheeses in the UAE at the Dubai Timeout Restaurant Awards! Bidfood UAE portrayed a delicious Cheese table at the prestigious event giving chefs & restaurateurs the chance to discover the refined full range 1st hand!

Being the exclusive distributor of S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna waters in the UAE, KSA, & Oman, Bidfood’s own team had the pleasure to attend Middle East North Africa’s 50 Best restaurants award 2023 sponsored by S.Pellegrino & Acqua Panna.

Bidfood UAE had the pleasure to supply this year’s Taste of Dubai festival in the UAE with Acqua Panna & S.pellegrino waters! Visitors had the chance to taste some refreshing mocktails made by our very own mixologists! In addition, we were offering delicious bites at Bidfood Home!
