Job Description

Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, distribution targets and profitability goals.

Develop the business by acquiring new food service accounts in the assigned territory

Identifying the market potential in order to establish new accounts, achieve sales target, etc

Provide superior customer service levels

Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build rand development and maximize brand performance.

Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeline and cost

Create permanent understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends

Coordinate with other divisions to ensure having  the needed support

Analyze and report internal sales figures and growth opportunities periodically and when required

Keep a good and ethical working relationship with the customers

 

Job Requirements

2 to 5 years’ experience in cash van sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.

Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results

100% Customer driven and comust be a go-getter

College degree 

English is a must

UAE Driving License is a must

25 to 30 years old

Job Description

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
  • Must have a proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
  • 100% Sales driven and comfortable selling face-to-face
  • A College Degree and a UAE Driving License are a must.
  • Must have developed strong selling capabilities and should be a team player.
  • Preferred nationalities: Arab, Western, South and North African.
  • From 25 to 30 years’ old
  • Fluency in English

Job Description

Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders

Answer any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders and deliveries

Support sales and suppliers in any request within the scope of work

Process samples requests and picking slips

Check updates of customers account 

Call customers and inform them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts

Submit the daily report to the Supervisor 

 Acknowledge customer complaints to be coordinated to the quality assurance for action. 

 Generate sales leads to be sent to the sales department.

Send out any communication letters to all customers through fax and emails.

Submits daily reports to the Manager

 

Job Requirements

2 to 5 years’ experience in telesales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.

100% customer driven and must be a go-getter

Strong selling/telesales capabilities

Team Player

Ability to handle customers complaints

College degree 

English is a must
