Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, distribution targets, and profitability goals

Create a permanent understanding of the market situation including existing technologies & trends
Coordinate with other divisions to ensure having the needed support
Analyze and report internal sales figures and growth opportunities periodically and when required
Keep a good and ethical working relationship with the customers
2 to 5 years’ experience in cash van sales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
100% customer driven and a go-getter
English is a must
UAE Driving License is a must
Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders
Answer any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders, and deliveries
Support sales and suppliers in any request within the scope of work
Process samples requests and picking slips
Check updates of customers account
Call customers and inform them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts
Submit daily reports to the Supervisor
Acknowledge customer complaints to maintain service and deliver quality
Generate sales leads to be sent to the sales department
Send out any communication letters to all customers through fax and emails
Submits daily reports to the Manager
2 to 5 years’ experience in telesales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
100% customer driven and must be a go-getter
Strong sales/telesales capabilities
Ability to handle customer complaints
English is a must
