Job Description

Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, distribution targets, and profitability goals

Develop the business by acquiring new foodservice accounts in the assigned territory

Job Description

Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders

Answer any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders, and deliveries

Support sales and suppliers in any request within the scope of work

Process samples requests and picking slips

Check updates of customers account 

Call customers and inform them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts

  • Manage and negotiate in conjunction with management on commercials such as contracts, pricing, payments, and trade marketing expenses
  • Lead and schedule reviews/business updates will all key suppliers
  • Establish supplier route to market and visit schedule with the sales team and the customers

  • 1- Company Set up, Restructuring & Legal compliances for the company and its affiliates:
  • - Preparing and arranging all documents required for setting up new companies in the Middle East and GCC regions as per the requirements of the country laws
  • - Coordinating with the local lawyers of the country for carrying out the legalities in the Department of Ministries
  • - Getting the translation of the documents from English to Arabic and vice versa
  • 2- Drafting and vetting of all legal documents of the company and its affiliates:
  • - Drafting and reviewing all company contracts and its affiliates such as, but not limited to, Shareholders Agreements, Share Sales and Purchase Agreements, Internal and External Memos, etc
  • 3- Dispute settlement and Litigation for the company and its affiliates:
  • - Preparing and getting the full and final settlement letters signed with the suppliers, customers, employees or third parties
  • - Negotiating and corresponding on all legal matters with the concerned parties
  • 4- Trade license renewals and other company certificates:
  • - Responsible for getting trade licenses renewed for the company and its branches
  • - Ensuring to get Ejaris
  • 5- Trademark registrations, renewals and defense of the company and its affiliates:
  • - Getting the trademarks registered as per the requirements of the company and its affiliates in the Middle East, GCC and Levant region
  • - Checking legalities of the company's and its affiliates' collaterals such as, but not limited to, invoices, purchase orders, letterheads, purchase return, receipt vouchers, return policies, etc.
  • 6- Record Retention, Document Control and Project Tracking for the company and its affilites:
  • - Preparing and updating the Porject Trackers of the company and its affiliates for suppliers, distributir agreemnets, document legalization, etc.
  • - Responsible for having hard copies of all internal and external contracts organized by type and available all times. 

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Law
  • 5 years of experience in gradual legal roles with mandatory 2 years UAE experience
  • UAE Commercial Law knowledge
