This morning, our Sales Team headed down to Fonterra’s headquarters for an intensive training on its foodservice range, Anchor Food Professionals. While it might be second-nature to most of our BDEs and Team Leaders, the session targeted the new Bidfoodies who joined our team this month – but a review session for those who mastered the art of AFP didn’t hurt either!
The training covered everything from an introduction to the brand to a deep dive into its SKUs like the Anchor Extra Whip Whipping Cream and the Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream.
A little later into the day, the team got to handle and work with the products to experience first-hand each of their qualities and USPs, the latter arming them with a hands-on understanding of the items at hand.
