Telesales Executive

Job Mission:

  • Receive customer calls for placing and upselling orders
  • Answer any inquiries pertaining to the product, orders, and deliveries
  • Support sales and suppliers in any request within the scope of work
  • Process samples requests and picking slips
  • Check updates of customers account
  • Call customers and inform them on any promotions; liquidate near expiry products; and blocked accounts
  • Submit daily reports to the Supervisor
  • Acknowledge customer complaints to maintain service and deliver quality
  • Generate sales leads to be sent to the sales department
  • Send out any communication letters to all customers through fax and emails
  • Submits daily reports to the Manager


Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in telesales position in Food Service/F&B/FMCG Distribution Company in the UAE.
  • 100% customer driven and must be a go-getter
  • Strong sales/telesales capabilities
  • Team player
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • College degree
  • English is a must

Digital Transformation Manager

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible and accountable for the smooth running of the overall digital transformation of the business within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.

 

Snapshots:

  • Reengineer relevant manual systems to system designed processes at various levels of the business value chain
  • Keep abreast of latest technologies that may be beneficial to the organization and make requisite recommendations, supported by documentation, costing...
  • Work closely with decision makers on other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and implement dashboards and automated systems supporting effective and efficient smart working processes.
  • Plan and manage implementation of tools and techniques for monitoring and managing the performance of automated systems and services in respect to their business performance contribution where the measure of success depends on achieving clearly business/financial goals. 
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  • Manage & monitor software assets: OS, Office, AV, LAN, WAN, PABX, Biometrics & CCTV assets of the company.
  • Define & implement digital transformation policies as part of SOPs
  • Ensure Legal compliance of all software’s, security of data from crash downs, data recovery. Etc
  • Provide customized service/tools to Elite customers (online ordering capabilities and other functionalities).
  • Evaluate users’ needs by getting ongoing feedback from all departments and by running periodic digital transformation milestones’ Audits.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • +10 years of experience in ICT and Digital Transformation field
  • University Degree in Information Technology
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • Technical knowhow of BI/Software (Oracle – Netsuite) a must
  • Technical knowhow of Network Infrastructure
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Arabic is a plus

 

 Expected Salary: AED 20,000 – AED 23,000
