Bidfood UAE recently signed an exclusive distributorship with Arivia S.A. to supply its award-winning vegan cheese range, Violife to the foodservice channel in the UAE market.
The partnership comes after the company’s decision to add a vegan branch to its extensive product portfolio in order to cater to the growing vegan movement in the country.
The Violife range includes everything from mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Greek White and Mediterranean cheese in a variety of forms (sliced, grated, block), all entirely free from dairy, soya, gluten, lactose, nuts, and preservatives.
This marks Bidfood UAE’s first step towards answering market needs for vegan alternatives and will provide chefs and culinary professionals with an option to apply the plant-based cheese range into their menus options through different recipes including burgers, sandwiches, pizza, risotto, salads, desserts and more.
